Guest Relations
• Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
• Provide upscale guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay.
• Actively listen to and resolve complaints.
Requirements
At least 2 years in the Hospitality Industry | Customer service personnel | Ability to work without supervision | Able to speak good English | Hard-working
