Job Description
- Planning and execution of multifaceted PR campaigns
- Writing, editing and publish stories/press releases and other publications
- Tracking programmes/projects against deadlines and budgets
- Managing clients relationships
- Cultivate and nurture relevant stakeholder relationships to promote clients and MC businesses
- Ensuring all work produced by team is of highest quality
- Ensuring team servicing within retainer, profitability of client, growing retainers and driving other sources of income
- Assist in building corporate image and reputation of MC
- Participate in growing existing and new business
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Assign tasks and projects to the PR team
- Set objectives for the PR team and monitor team members’ performance
- Any other duty assigned by partners
Requirements
Leadership and team management skills | Proven work experience as a Public Relations Manager or Similar role | Solid experience coordinating successful PR campaigns | Expertise in Digital and social media communication tools and Applications | Excellent communication and presentation skills with confidence to serve as the company’s representative where necessary | Creative abilities | Ability to foster long-term relationships with key professionals | Excellent time-management and organizational skills | MA in communication Studies (Public Relations and +)
